drak0nis | Pilot Custom 823 and fic writing (repost of a post from Sept 9 2024 on Tumblr)

Something satisfying about getting down to the last few drops in the massive ink tank of a Pilot Custom 823. Plugging away at the first, very rough draft of Sulphur and Starlight's chapter 25 and this has been the pen of the hour. The chapter is pretty much planned out, it's just a matter of getting the words on the page in the correct order and filling in the gaps. Which is harder than it should be when you are fresh off a move, but you know.

For the curious, this specific 823 is the transparent demonstrator, in the Signature nib, which is a delightful, slightly stubby, and very broad nib. The ink inside is Pilot Iroshizuku Murasaki Shikibu.
